Wednesday: 10 min Star Trainers Ultimate ABs, 20 min 10 Pound Slimdown: Total Body workout, 20 min 10 Pound Slimdown: Core
Thursday: 10 min Star Trainers Ultimate ABs, 45 min Brooke Burke Strengthen & Condition workout, Cardio Kick But
Friday: 10 min Star Trainers Ultimate ABs, 40 min (together) Total Body Sculpt with Gilad: Part 1 & Part 2, 3 mile run
Saturday: 20 min 10 Pound Slimdown: Total Body workout, 20 min Core, 20 min Lower Body, 20 min Upper Body, 20 min Yoga
Food:
Sunday: (Big sushi lunch), so light dinner of Salad with black beans
Monday: Leftover chicken soup
Tuesday: Spicy chicken dish - family dinner
Wednesday: Salad with tuna
Thursday: Salad with black beans and turkey
Friday: Salad with black beans and turkey
Saturday: Salad with tuna
