Yikes. Put your foot-down-Friday


I was trying to be pretty good this week but I guess my splurge on Wednesday did a little damage.  I had also replaced my deli wraps with homemade peanut butter sandwiches on Ezekiel bread, but I guess that might not exactly be helping.  

Breakfast:


1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal and 2/3 cup Trader joe's Almond Milk
